What happens if the weather does not permit?

If it is calling for rain, high winds, or thunder/lightning storm on the day you reserved an inflatable, and still choose to set it up; you are required to pay in full regardless of the outcome of the weather. Should you choose to cancel prior to set up due to weather conditions, you are entitled to a full refund.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a non refundable deposit of 50% upfront to hold the inflatable and date you desire. Should you choose to cancel, with 7 days notice, you can use that deposit towards another rental within three months from the cancelled date.

What kind of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, or money order.

What age is allowed on the inflatables?

The Inflatables are made for children 2 - 12 years old.
**No children over 12 years old.

How many children are allowed in at once?

6-8 same sized children are allowed in the bouncers and combos at once.
**absolutely no older children mixed with smaller children. The slides including the combos with slides are not built for children to climb the ladder side by side, single file only.

Do you deliver or do we have to pick it up and drop it off?

We deliver, set up, and takedown the inflatable(s) at the arranged location.

Do you provide supervision?

We can provide supervision for an additional $15.00 per hour.
